Update: Due to us changing warehouses for a better quality experience for our customers our return policy will be changing from 30 days to 20 days. all orders placed before 3/04/2026 have the 30 day rule still applied thank you for your attention to this matter
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than defect or damage, we offer a 20- day return policy from the date of delivery on all items except what’s listed below.
If Your item is defected or damaged please reach out within 72 hours of delivery. Your return may not be approved if the time frame is not followed.

- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Brief description of the issue
If your return request is approved, you will receive:
✔ A return shipping label (for eligible returns)
✔ Instructions on how and where to send the item
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Order Issues
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Please contact info@inorderlyfashion.shop within 72 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Bodysuits & swimwear
- Lingerie & undergarments
- Accessories & jewelry
- Final sale items & gift cards
If an item is marked Sale, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Exchange Policy
If you require a different size, color, or style, we recommend:
- Requesting a return for the original item.
- Once the return is approved, placing a new order for the desired item.
This ensures that the new item is shipped promptly.
5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, InOrderlyFashion.shop will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return
please note that if you request a return it will need to be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return approval or your return will be void.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel, please contact info@inorderlyfashion.shop within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible. All cancellations after 2 hours of placing the order have a 10% restocking fee.
- Address Changes: If a shipping address modification is required, customers must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
